Packers clinch NFC North division title

The Green Bay Packers not only secured a playoff berth on Sunday, but they also clinched the NFC North division title. The Packers secured a playoff berth earlier in the day when both Atlanta and Chicago lost, and when New Orleans beat Detroit Sunday night, Green Bay grabbed the division championship. The next order of business for the 12-0 Packers is to lock up home field advantage in the NFC playoffs. The 10-2 San Francisco 49'ers clinched the NFC West division title on Sunday and are still battling the Packers for home field advantage. The Packers can clinch a first-round bye in the NFC playoffs next Sunday with a win over the Oakland Raiders at Lambeau Field. They can also clinch a bye with a 49'ers or Saints loss. The game between the Packers and Raiders is a 3:15 pm kickoff.
