People sign last panel before it’s placed on new education building at UW-Eau Claire
(WEAU) - Tuesday, UW-Eau Claire "topped off" one of their new buildings.
Students, faculty, staff and community members signed the final cast concrete panel that's now on top of the new education building. The concrete panel was lifted up by crane and put into place this afternoon as spectators looked on.
Construction on the $44.5 million education building began in May and is expected to be completed by November 2013.
