MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Plumbers and cleanup crews are trying to repair a burst pipe that caused flooding in the state Department of Natural Resources' headquarters in Madison.

The DNR issued a statement saying sub-zero temperatures caused pipes to burst. State Department of Administration spokeswoman Stephanie Marquis (MAR'-key) said the ground floor as well as on the first, second, third, fifth, sixth and seventh floors were damaged. She said she didn't have a cost estimate.

The DNR is allowing employees to work from home. The agency also moved Tuesday afternoon's Natural Resources Board meeting next door to the state Department of Public Instruction.
