Police looking for two women in Ladysmith thefts

Ladysmith, Wis.-- (LADYSMITH POLICE DEPT. PRESS RELEASE)

The Ladysmith Police Department is asking for help in identifying two suspects in regards to two thefts that occurred in the City of Ladysmith on November 14, 2012.

On November 14, 2012 between the hours of 7:30 am and 11:30 am an unknown person(s) entered an unauthorized area at the Rusk County Memorial Hospital located in the City of Ladysmith and stole a wallet from a hospital employee. During the investigation it was found that the unknown person(s) then fraudulently used the hospital employee’s credit card at the Gordy’s County Market on that day in the City of Ladysmith.

On November 14, 2012 the Ladysmith Police Department also received a call from an employee at the Dollar General located in the City of Ladysmith. The Dollar General employee reported to police that her wallet was stolen from the store break room and that her Debit card was fraudulently used on that day at the Wal-Mart store in the Ladysmith.
