Vernon Co. deputies search for person stealing street signs

Police are asking for your help as they search for the person responsible for stealing street signs.

CHASEBURG, Wis. (WEAU) Deputies are asking for your help as they search for the person responsible for stealing street signs.

The Vernon County Crime Stoppers and Sheriff's Department says last weekend, someone stole three road signs with the word "dip" written on them.

The signs were on Highway 162 near Chaseburg and on Highway 83 near the bottom of the Desotto Hill.

If you have any information, please call the Vernon County Crime Stoppers or Vernon County Sheriff's Department.
