NEW RICHMOND, Wis. (WEAU) -- Investigators are trying to find a suspect in an armed robbery.

New Richmond police say a man robbed the Cash Store on Dorset Lane in New Richmond around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. Investigators say they talked to an employee, who said that the man came into the store, showed a dark-colored handgun, and demanded money. Officers say the employee gave him an undetermined amount of cash, and then the suspect "secured the employees' hands." The man went out of the store, and headed south on foot. A worker got free, then called for help.

If you have any information, you're asked to call the New Richmond Police Department at (715) 246-6667.
