Prison time for man convicted of killing motorcycle rider while driving drunk

(WEAU) - A man convicted of killing a motorcycle rider while driving drunk is headed to prison.

A judge sentenced Randolph Lange, 61, of Fall Creek to four years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision. Eau Claire County deputies say Lange hit and killed Curtis Weckwerth, 58, last August on Highway D between Brackett and Cleghorn.

Prosecutors say Lange's BAC at the time of the crash was 0.23.
