Red Kettle campaign kicks off Saturday

(WEAU) – It’s just about that time of year again when you’ll hear a familiar ringing as you enter your favorite shopping spot.

Saturday, volunteers from the Salvation Army will kick off the Red Kettle Campaign to raise money for people in need this holiday season.

The kettle coordinator says it’s still in need of volunteers. You can call the Salvation Army or click here to get to their website.

Volunteers hope to raise $300,000 this year.
