EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- How about a red white and blue splash to celebrate Independence Day!
Dozens of families are spending the fourth at Fairfax Pool in Eau Claire.
In honor of the fourth of July admission to the pool Thursday was only a dollar!

“We decided to have a dollar day-the red white and blue for 4th of July, so people can come out and have a fun time. It’s not expensive, great bonding experience; so just an easy and convenient way to have fun with your family today," said pool manager Christine Mohr.

Mohr said people went all out too with the red, white and blue.
Some were wearing sparking vests and event hats.
