In 2002 Boulding was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child after he was found to have had sexual intercourse with a 15 year old female which resulted in pregnancy. Boulding was also convicted of Escape which resulted in his sentence of prison.
BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (RELEASE FROM JACKSON CO. SHERIFF'S DEPT.)-- The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public of the release of a sex offender from prison. The offender, 33 year old Leaf Boulding, will be released from the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections Prison System into the community in Jackson County on November 5, 2013.
At that time Boulding will remain on extended supervision probation through the Department of Corrections and will be residing at 5 South Roosevelt Street in the City of Black River Falls, Wisconsin.
Terms of Boulding’s probation include lifetime registration with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program. Boulding also will have restrictions of no unsupervised contact with minors, not to consume alcohol or drugs and cannot be where alcohol is sold or served. Boulding will be placed on an electronic monitoring bracelet and his hours out of his residence will be limited, allowing only for search of employment, treatment, and to shop for food.
