HUDSON, Wis. (WEAU) -- Two convicted sex offenders will soon be released back into the community.

A news release from the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office says Lawrence Mattison, 68, and Brandon Langel, 23 will live in a home on the 1800 block of County Road O in Cylon, which is east of New Richmond. The Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry says Mattison was convicted of child pornography possession in 2006. It says Langel was convicted of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2010. A community meeting on their release will be held at the Cylon Town Hall and Deer Park Village Hall on March 11. It's at 112 Front Street in Deer Park. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
