Sex offender to be released in Eau Claire

EAU CLAIRE (WEAU) – Eau Claire Police want you to know about the upcoming release of a convicted sex offender.
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections told the police department that it will release David Frederick, 52, from prison on February 14. He’ll live at 107 Randall Street in Eau Claire.
In March 1987, Frederick was convicted of two counts of Second Degree Sexual Assault in Eau Claire County.
The Department of Corrections will supervise Frederick until 2025. He’ll remain on GPS monitoring for life.

NEWS RELEASE-The Wisconsin Department of Corrections has notified the Eau Claire Police Department that Sex Offender David S. Frederick, date of birth 7/11/1959, will be released from prison on 2/14/2012.
¬¬¬David S. Frederick was convicted of two counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault in Eau Claire County on 3/9/1987.
David S. Frederick will be staying at 107 Randall Street in Eau Claire. He will be on Department of Corrections supervision until the year 2025 and is on lifetime GPS monitoring. His restrictions include, but are not limited to:
• No alcohol or drug consumption
• No rule or law violations
• Abide by geographic restrictions
