Shoppers Paint the Town Red for the American Heart Association
Shoppers in downtown Chippewa Falls were able to enjoy some great deals and special events Thursday, all to promote heart health and wellness.

(WEAU) - Shoppers in downtown Chippewa Falls were able to enjoy some great deals and special events Thursday, all to promote heart health and wellness.
It was part of an event called Paint the Town Red. Paint the Town Red was put on by St. Josephs Hospital and Chippewa Falls Main Street. Shoppers were able to able to enjoy a wine tasting, a fashion show, and free health screenings.
Tia Thompson with Duncan Creek Wine Bar and Grill says "We just like to help out, and one of our employees had, her family member passed away from a heart attack so we really try to get the awareness out, help people out."
All the funds raised will go to the American Heart Association.
