Statewide charity drive seeks winter gear

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A statewide drive is under way to collect used gloves, hats, coats and other winter gear.

The Wisconsin Department of Tourism and the state's tourism industry are working together on the drive to collect the clothing, which will be donated to charities across the state.

Nearly 80 sites across the state are accepting donations through Jan. 4. A list is available here.

Warm weather clothing can be dropped off at Lambeau Field before the start of the Green Bay Packers game on Dec. 9.
