SIREN, Wis. (WEAU) – The man accused of having a role in a burglary in March has pleaded not guilty to three related criminal charges.
Court records show Thomas Polski, 22, of Danbury entered the pleas in court Wednesday.
Deputies responded to a report of a burglary at a home in Webster on March 14. They say Polski ran off into the woods when they got to the scene. Minutes later, they spotted him in a tree. Investigators say Polski refused to come down after jumping between trees, so they cut down the tree he was in, and arrested him.
