TOWN OF LAFAYETTE, Wis. (WEAU)-- The Chippewa County Sheriff's Department says a second suspect in a home invasion in the Town of Lafayette has turned himself in.

Sheriff James Kowalczyk says 21-year-old Tory Shew-Braden turned himself in Monday morning. Another suspect, Cassie Colby, was found last week and is out on bond.

Deputies say two people forced their way into a home on May 31st.
They say they ran off after a fight started in the house. No one was seriously hurt.

The sheriff says Shew-Braden confessed to the crime and says Colby knew one of the victims.

The incident is still under investigation.
