TRAFFIC ALERT: Highway 12 re-opened, crews still fighting grass fire
UPDATE: Highway 12 was re-opened to traffic in both directions just before 4 p.m. Tuesday.

EAU CLAIRE COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) – Crews have closed down Highway 12 between Fall Creek and Augusta because of a grass fire they are fighting near the highway.
Our crew on the scene says officers are detouring traffic at County Road V and County Road Jj on to Rodell Road around the fire. Our videographer says flames are visible and multiple crews have arrived to put them out.
We’ll have more information as it becomes available and video coming up tonight on WEAU 13 News.
