Teen charged with stealing credit card to buy fast food

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU)-- A 17-year-old from Chippewa Falls is facing felony charges after police say he stole a credit card and used it more than 20 times.

Jacob Ridings is charged with three counts of identity theft, among other charges.

According to the criminal complaint, Ridings took a credit card from another man and used it to make several fast food purchases.

If convicted, Ridings could spend up to 32 years in prison.
