Toppers Pizza donates profits to 'Jacob's Jackets'

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- Last summer Jacob Krager lost his best friend, Jacob Lee Schultz, in a drowning accident. Now, Toppers Pizza and Jacob are helping keep other kids safe by collecting life jackets as a part of "Jacob's Jackets."

Jacob is trying to collect 500 life jackets in 60 days to put at local beaches for kids to use.
To help him reach that goal, on Monday, Toppers Pizza is donating 50-percent of each sale that mentions "Jacob's Jackets" to the cause.

"It's just a good feeling to help out people that would like the help, that need the help especially, we're in a pretty good position to do that," said Christopher Poquette, Manager at Toppers Pizza.

Online orders won't be eligible for donation.
