(WEAU) - Thursday night, the friends and family of Marco Perez, 15, gathered to mourn the loss of the young teen.
He's one of the 3 people killed in a crash last week. It was held at Edison Funeral Home in Independence. The visitation started at six and there was a service immediately after.
Deputies say on December 20th, Perez was one of 5 teens in the car on Walnut Road when the driver, Austin Gable, 14, of Strum, lost control and overturned. Perez and Gable were killed, along with Mckenna Johnson, 13.
We learned Felicia Bertrang is no longer at Sacred Heart Hospital, but Ministry St. Joseph's in Marshfield confirmed she is a patient there Thursday night. Meanwhile, Ulises Ponce is no longer a patient at a Rochester, MN hospital.
All 5 attended school in the Eleva-Strum School District.
