DURAND, Wis. (WEAU) -- Two of the three men accused of beating a Durand man faced a judge Monday.

Online court records show that Nelson Stewart, 17, and Tyler Larose, 21, were both in court Monday.

They show that Stewart stood mute, having the court enter a not guilty plea for all of his charges while Larose pleaded not guilty to all of his charges.

According to the criminal complaint, both are accused of forcing their way into Austin Healey's Durand home and attacking him in October.

It says they damaged the house and stole a bass guitar.

Police say the three left and tried jumping another person at Memorial Park but were stopped by a good Samaritan before causing anymore harm.
