Two arrested in Rice Lake drug bust

RICE LAKE, Wis. (WEAU)-- Rice Lake police have arrested two people for having a small marijuana growing operation at their home.

21-year-old Zachary Thompson and 21-year-old Lindsey Everson, both of Rice Lake, were arrested Tuesday.

Police got a tip that that there was drug activity at a house on the west side of Rice Lake.

When police arrived at the home, they found drug paraphernalia.
Thompson and Everson were then arrested. Police say they later found marijuana plants.

Both were taken to the Barron County jail.
