MONROE Co. (WEAU)- Two people are in critical condition after a rollover in Monroe County and deputies say alcohol may be to blame.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Department says the crash happened just before 5 Saturday on Basswood Road in the Town of Little Falls.

Deputies say 25-year-old Wesley Boyles of Black River Falls was driving a pickup truck when the truck went off the road, hit a culvert and rolled.

Deputies say Boyles was found pinned under the truck and passenger 24-year-old Jacob Craig of rural Sparta was thrown from the truck.

Both were flown to the hospital with critical injuries. Deputies say speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash.
