EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- Two people are charged with fraud after investigators say they opened bank accounts under someone else's name and stole thousands of dollars.

23-year-old Mai Tou Yang and 25-year-old Ai See Lee, both of Eau Claire, face one count of fraud against a financial institution.

According to the complaint, a person who used to live in the same building as the suspects, lost her I.D. It says Yang and Lee used the I.D. to open the account.

Investigators say they have pictures of Lee making fraudulent deposits at RCU. The complaint says deposits were also made using the bank's mobile app.
