NEW INFORMATION: Two people facing drug charges after SWAT team response

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)-- Prosecutors filed drug charges against two people after a SWAT team was called to their Eau Claire home.

Karla Meyer, 40, and Richard Ahler, 31, are accused of dealing meth and cocaine out of their home on Elm Street. Officers responded to the home on June 30. They served a search warrant and found drugs and a revolver. A criminal complaint says Meyer later admitted to dealing drugs out of the house. She also said she gave meth and cocaine to another woman because she knew the house would be searched.

Ahler is also accused of being a felon with a gun. Both are due in court next week.
