Two moms charged with child neglect out on bonds
(WEAU) - A pair of Eau Claire women who are charged with leaving their kids with a teen baby sitter for more than a week have been released on signature bonds.
Natasha Carter, 27, and Rachel Hoyt, 26, were released Thursday. They're charged with several counts of child neglect.
The criminal complaint says the two left their seven small children with a 16-year-old babysitter for what was supposed to be a weekend last March, but didn't come back for 10 days.
