UW-Stout names new vice chancellor
(WEAU) - A new vice chancellor has been named at UW-Stout.
The university says Phil Lyons has been appointed for administrative and student life services. In March, we learned former UW-Stout Vice Chancellor Ed Nieskes resigned after an audit found a series of false claims and expense reimbursements, totaling more than $3,000.
Lyons has been serving as interim vice chancellor since then.
