University opens sidewalks at site of former Davies Center

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – UW-Eau Claire has opened up sidewalks in the newest area of the campus.

A series of sidewalks had remained closed in the area that formerly was the campus mall and old Davies Center. That building had stood on campus for decades before crews dismantled it during the summer. A new Davies Center was built nearby.

The sidewalks lead from that new building to some of the other buildings on campus.
