MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Two unnamed people have filed a motion in a federal appeals court trying to block the release of documents filed in the investigation into whether conservative groups illegally coordinated with Gov. Scott Walker's campaign.

Attorneys for two unnamed people filed a motion Tuesday in the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals objecting to an order from the court Monday saying that some previously secret documents would be unsealed because there were no objections.

That prompted Tuesday's objection from the two unknown people, who argue making the documents public could reveal their identity, their "private papers" and invade their privacy.

Their attorneys say the two are the only two "human" targets of the John Doe investigation but their conduct was not criminal and therefore their identities and materials should remain secret.
