FAIRCHILD, Wis. (WEAU) One of the men accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl was back in court.

Online court records show 41-year-old Christopher Wampole of Fairchild was found guilty of two charges: sexual assault of a child under 16 and exposing a child to harmful materials.

Several other charges were read in but dismissed.

A criminal complaint says Wampole and his 18-year old son Christopher Wampole Junior both had sex with a 15-year-old girl last year.

They are also accused of trading nude photos with her.

His sentencing is set for July.
