Warm weather prompts golf courses to open up

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- It's the first nice, warm day in what seems like a long time. We've had snow for around six months in Western Wisconsin and golf courses are ready to move on.

On Friday, the golf course at Hickory Hills and Wildridge Golf Club in Eau Claire County opened for the first time this season.

Both courses say they expect to have a good, fun crowd over the weekend.
