FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) -- A Wisconsin woman is accused of killing her husband and disposing of his body.
Eve Nance, 37, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse.
A body believed to be that of Nance's husband, Timothy Nance, 37, was found on Thanksgiving. Police say Nance had been missing since Nov. 1.
Eve Nance and another woman were arrested in the disappearance, but the other woman was released.
The complaint says Eve Nance told detectives her husband approached her in their home with a firearm, and the gun went off twice during a struggle.
Eve Nance told authorities she dumped her husband's body in a wooded area near Milwaukee.
Reports say Nance is jailed on $100,000 cash bond. She's expected to make her first court appearance Wednesday.
