Wis. board posts Kleefisch recall petitions online
The board says it has not yet estimated the number of signatures on the petitions.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The state board overseeing elections in Wisconsin has now posted online the petitions seeking the recall of Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch.
That follows the Government Accountability Board's decision this week to post online the petitions seeking the recall of Republican Gov. Scott Walker.
Board staff scanned 140,123 petition pages for Kleefisch's recall. The pages were given to the lieutenant governor's representative Friday and posted on the board's website.
The board says it has not yet estimated the number of signatures on the petitions.
The board says the petitions are being released under Wisconsin's open records law, as well as a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision involving the release of referendum petitions in Washington state.
While voting is private, the board says signing a recall petition is public.
