(WEAU) - The head of schools in Wisconsin is praising student achievement, but says there's more work to be done.
On Thursday state Superintendent Tony Evers gave his State of Education speech. He says Wisconsin's public schools are leading the nation in graduation rates. But he says one in ten Wisconsin students drop out of school, and that has to change.
Evers says drop-outs earn less, rely on more social services, and are more likely to be unemployed.
