Woman accused of crashing car into City Hall appears in court

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU)--The woman charged after police say she crashed her car into Eau Claire City Hall was in court Tuesday.

Denise Marten, arrested for 3rd OWI

42-year-old Denise Marten made her initial appearance in Eau Claire County court. As a condition of her bond, the judge took away her driving privileges.

Marten faces several charges including possessing a hazardous substance with the intent to abuse and 3rd-offense OWI.

According to the criminal complaint, officers found several cans of keyboard cleaner in Marten's car after the crash.
