JACKSON COUNTY, WIs. (WEAU)-- A woman is arrested for her second OWI, speeding, and having an open intoxicant, all with a child in the car.

23-year-old Jolyn Beighley of Nekoosa is being held in the Jackson County jail. The Wisconsin State Patrol says she was arrested just before nine Tuesday morning on I-94 near Northfield.

Troopers say she was driving 101 miles per hour in a 65 m.p.h. zone when she was pulled over. She was given a field sobriety test and arrested for OWI-2nd offense. The state patrol says there was a three-month-old in Beighley's car when she was arrested.

She also faces possible charges for operating while suspended and possession of a prescription drug without a prescription.
