Woman arrested in buggy crash is now charged

BLOOMER, Wis. (WEAU)--The woman arrested in a buggy crash in Chippewa County is now charged.

32-year-old Rita Haidinger of Eau Claire faces seven counts, including OWI causing injury.

Deputies say in March, she was driving in Bloomer when she crossed the centerline on Highway SS and hit the buggy.

Three people in the buggy were sent to the hospital.
