Woman arrested in drug bust appears in court

RUSK COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU)-- A woman arrested after police found drugs in a home near a school has been found guilty of two charges.

47-year-old Denise Morella pleaded no contest Wednesday to drug charges and was found guilty in Rusk County Court.

Ladysmith police arrested her last year, along with 31-year-old Randy Ross. Police searched the house and found meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Ross has a jury trial in April. Morella's sentencing is scheduled for February.
