NEW INFORMATION: Woman killed in crash identified

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - We now know the name of the woman who died when her car collided with a pickup truck.

The Wisconsin State Patrol says Tiffany Langteau, 21, of Stetsonville died in the wreck.

The crash happened Tuesday when she was going west on County Road A, south of Medford. Troopers say she made a U-turn into the path of a pickup truck. The driver of the truck ended up with minor injuries.

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – A woman is dead after a car collided with a pickup truck.

It happened around 2:10 p.m. Tuesday on County Road A at Robin Drive, south of Medford.

The Wisconsin State Patrol says the driver of the car was going west on County Road A, and made a U-turn into the path of the pickup truck, which was also headed west. The 21-year-old woman from Stetsonville who was driving the car was killed. Her name has not been released.

The driver of the truck ended up with minor injuries. A passenger in the truck wasn’t hurt.
