Woman gets 6 months in prison for armed robbery

(WEAU) - An Eau Claire woman has been sentenced for an armed robbery last winter.

Court documents show Michelle Holmstrom, 35, was sentenced to 6 months in jail after she pleaded no contest to a robbery with use of force charge. A probation sentence was withheld.

Police say Holmstrom helped 2 accomplices steal a man's wallet from his Barstow Street home back in December.
