A woman tries to help a stray dog, but ends up running over herself, with her own car.
It happened Sunday night about five near Ettrick in Trempealeau county. Deputies say the 67-year old woman went for a walk, and when she came back, she says a stray dog crawled under her car.
The woman got out of the car that was running, and already in reverse.
When she tried to get the dog out from under her car, the vehicle rolled backwards, knocked her down and ran over her.
She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
