Rubenzer to Serve 18 Months in Prison

Earlier this month, 21 year old Ryan Rubenzer pleaded guilty to two counts of homicide by use of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration. One count for each victim. He could have been sentenced to 50 years.
