Red Sauce w/ Stella Artois® Ingredients: 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely 1 red pepper, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 pound Mild Italian Sausage 2 bottles Silver Spring® Seafood Cocktail Sauce 1 bottle Stella Artois® Premium Lager Beer 28 oz can Petit Diced Red Tomatoes (do not drain) 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon basil Pinch of red pepper flakes Directions: Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic cloves and diced peppers and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the sausage, break apart, and cook until browned. Drain the grease. Pour in the Silver Spring® Seafood Cocktail Sauce, Stella Artois®, tomatoes, sugar, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
