As a Microsoft Team Foundation Server Administrator/Developer, you’ll provide expert support and enhancements to the applications and physical infrastructure. You’ll be key in fine-turning the production environment! Your ideas for capacity planning, business continuity and security will be crucial to success.

Candidate Profile:
Are you interested? The ideal Project - II candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the entire project life cycle from project definition through implementation.
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
- Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources and ensures the project teams are provided the resources and support that enable the teams to reach their defined objectives.
- Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation and status reports.
- Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio.

Candidate Skills:
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Five years experience and/or equivalent education in construction, design, scheduling, maintenance or operations area.
- Utility construction experience preferred.
- Responsible for the development and management of daily work plans and assigning and directing Field Operations employees in the construction, operations and maintenance of electric substation facilities.
- Provides work direction to construction resources, assigns equipment and materials to perform requested work functions.
- Responsible for the work detail and a thorough working knowledge of the delivery system to establish the optimum crew assignments
Coordinates all components involved with requested outages and utilizing the Request for Outage system.

- Five years experience and/or equivalent education in construction, design, scheduling, maintenance or operations area.
- Utility construction experience preferred. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to use a wide range of computer software applications which include, but is not limited to, Microsoft products, work management, mapping and scheduling tools.
