Currently we are looking AODA Therapist, full time Monday – Friday in the Siren/Spooner area, pay is negotiable based upon education and experience. Candidate must provide direct AODA diagnostic assessment and outpatient AODA therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Collaborate with county DUI assessor for driver safety plans and follow up services.
•Crisis Assessment, Intervention
•On Call Duties; responsibilities may include operating a county funded crisis line. Training will be provided.
• Provide consultation / education to the community as needed.
•Development of Treatment Plans and monitoring of treatment, progress, treatment plan updates.
•Consult with peers, supervisors, and other professionals regarding cases, treatment plans, interventions, approaches.
• Maintain a high level of professional and ethical practice as established through the state of Wisconsin and related professional organizations (ie. Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing). Maintain and conduct practice consistent with overall view of the agency.
• Maintain confidentiality related to client treatment and have good working knowledge of confidentiality in accordance with DHS 75.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with Agency policy and state requirements.
•Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related human services
•Must be licensed by the Wisconsin Certification Board (SACC-IT, SAC, CSAC) and M.A. reimbursable
•Experience in working with medical assistance and other insurances
•Valid Driver’s License and acceptable insurance coverage
•Acceptable caregiver background check
