Job Description
This position is responsible for evaluating patients, planning, directing and administering physical therapy within the scope of their license; maintain patient care documentation, and assist with departmental daily operations. Qualified candidates will possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program; have a WI Physical Therapy license; current CPR certification; strong interpersonal, written, verbal and computer skills; and a minimum of one year of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy is preferred.
