Job Description: The staff physical therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing and administering physical therapy within the scope of their license. Receives direction from director of physical rehabilitation, Works cooperatively with all internal and external customers.

Basic Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy. Current State Physical Therapy License. Minimum of one year of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy is preferred. Current BCLS (CPR) certification. Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy technique, anatomy and physiology. Knowledge of physical therapy equipment operation. Strong computer skills. Strong written and verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills. Inpatient and swing bed as primary focus.

Hours/Pay Period: 156 hours/year; casual call

Schedule Details: Weekend rotation and coverage for time off

Weekend Schedule: Every 3rd or 4th weekend/month
