Our client in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a HIGHLY experienced Production AND Facilities Maintenance Technicians for a very growth-oriented, direct hire positions! Candidate Profile
The Production Maintenance Technician maintains manufacturing equipment systems, and facilities equipment systems. The technician will perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production equipment utilizing electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical trouble shooting techniques. Candidates MUST have strong commercial electrical skills and a solid understanding of working with chemicals.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and controls to ensure proper production and comfort conditions. Provides mechanical/electrical maintenance and support for production utility needs. Qualified candidates MUST have experience with commercial HVAC, boiler systems, commercial electronics, and mechanical conveyor systems. Plumbing, welding, and fabrication are highly desired!

Candidate Skills
Production Maintenance - Qualified candidates must have an Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent, plus a minimum of three years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting. • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex equipment while being in close proximity to chemicals used in production. • Able to rotate nights from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with every other weekend off • Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Facilities Maintenance - This position requires a two year Associate Degree in HVAC Technology and/or equivalent skills and three years applicable experience. Able to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings is necessary along with good communication and leadership skills. Good understanding of commercial HVAC systems and practices. Available for on-call coverage and able to work holidays and plant shutdowns. Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows software.
