A popular new shot is now being served at a San Diego, California area bar.

But, it doesn't contain alcohol; it’s the first of its kind "Bar-Room Botox" party.

But, the buzz at the wine-styles bar isn't from the booze. It's for one of the first of its kind, "Botox at the Bar" party.

To prep for her wrinkle-reducing shots, Christi Paine admits sipping champagne to calm her nerves.

Doctor Gretchen Deel does all of the Botox shots at the bar's weekly "Spa Night".

Like most of her customers, she says, Christi decided to get Botox, long before she got to the bar.

She also has a non-negotiable rule: to refuse anyone who's had too much to drink.

We're told the same rule applies to gamblers at the Palm Casino Resort.

It claims to be the first casino in Las Vegas to host a similar bar-room Botox party.
