I am 14 years old and I watched my moms boyfriend leave with that group of brave soldiers today. I am a kid and I never realized what being a true hero means til today. I watched so many soldiers with their family giving hugs and kisses, and leaving their lives behind to protect all of ours. Many moms and dads got on those buses with their heads held high. I will never forget what I seen today and I now know what true hero's are.

I was there also today to give support to my boyfriend and fello soldiers. It warmed his heart and so many others to see what type of support they got from many people outside the military life. I will keep them all in my prayers to return home safe.
